$85 - Two Day Friday/Saturday at Penn State Ext Office in Mercer, PA.

Class Meets on Friday, Nov 3th at 6p-9:30p & Saturday, Nov 4th at 9a-1p

Curious about what it takes to manage bee colonies? Ready to dive into buckets full of honey? Learn how to set up an apiary, the various options of ordering bees, and how to manage your colonies. Do Beekeeping right the  FIRST time around! Class is endorsed by the  Northwestern PA Beekeeping Association.

$65 - Four Day Wednesday Evening Class at Asbury Woods Nature Center in Erie, PA.

Class Meets on April 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th. Time 6:30 PM-8:30 PM EDT.

Join our highly experienced beekeeper, Charlie Schroeck, and learn all of the aspects necessary to become a successful backyard beekeeper. This four-week workshop will include background information on honey bees, equipment needed, proper maintenance, and honey harvesting. Registration includes the book, "Starting Right with Bees".
