NWPBA Membership Application and Dues Payment

Who Can Join The NWPBA?

Good people who are beekeepers or have an interest in bees and beekeeping are welcome to join the NWPBA. We currently serve five PA counties, including Warren, Erie, Crawford, Mercer and Venango. Beekeepers from surrounding counties and states are welcome to join us.  To join as a new member, simply make a $15 annual dues payment and provide your name, physical address, e-mail address, and phone number. You can do this on-line, by normal USPS mail, or in-person at any of our live meetings.

Annual, Family, and Lifetime Membership Dues

Individual Full Membership dues are $15 per calendar year.  Family Membership dues are $25 per calendar year. Both individual and family membership dues are renewable annually at the beginning of the year; not the anniversary of payment. You may pay for multiple years if you so desire. Membership may include some newsletters during the membership year. A membership year begins at 12:01 AM on January 1st and ends at Midnight on the following December 31st. Per  Article V, Section 5.03 of the NWPBA Bylaws (available on the Useful Downloads Page), dues must be paid in-full on or no later than April 1st each year in order to maintain membership status in the Corporation as either a voting member or non-voting member and be entitled to receive publications and communications.

Lifetime Full Membership dues are $200.00 (payable one time) and are good for the lifetime of the original purchaser and are not transferable.

On-Line Membership Applications And Dues Payments

You can pay dues on-line with PayPal or most major credit cards. Just click the black button below!

When you make a dues payment, you will be asked for shipping information even though we will not be shipping anything to you. It is extremely important that you completely fill-in all of the requested shipping information (name, physical address, e-mail address, and phone number). If you are paying dues for someone else, you should provide the shipping information that applies to them. We must have that information in order to accurately register your payment and add new members to the Google Blog Page/e-mail messaging system.

Membership Applications And Dues By USPS Mail Or In-Person

Dues can be paid by cash or check at any NWPBA in-person membership meeting. You can  go to the "Meeting/EVENT SCHEDULE" page to learn about scheduled in-person meetings and other in-person events where dues can be paid and/or membership applications can be submitted. Dues can also be paid by conventional USPS mail.

To pay either by normal USPS mail or in-person, you will need to complete a membership application form. To get one, go to the "USEFUL DOWNLOADS" page of this website and download a copy of the membership application. It contains payment information and the mailing address for your dues payment. If paying by mail, please do not send cash!  Application forms can also be obtained at most NWPBA in-person meetings.

Members Blog Page

NWPBA members can read and post messages on our blog page. To send a message, just click this link:https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/nwpba1  When you post a message, it appears on the blog page and is emailed to all NWPBA members.
